The Forgotten Louisville

We love RAK Louisville!!! So proud of this kid right here, he’s been such a blessing and an amazing community partner ❤️Meet 2018 Bell Award Youth Service Honor recipient Andrew Dunn!
Andrew, a sophomore at Jefferson County Public Schools Manual High School, founded the organization RAK Louisville, which encourages random acts of kindness and epic acts of service throughout the community. His humanitarian efforts have grown exponentially since he began with an Advent project at age 10. Mayor Greg Fischer has proclaimed December 23 as Random Acts of Kindness Louisville Day. In 2017, he received a Nickelodeon HALO award and plans to use the $20,000 grant money for several grassroots projects, the first being a free-standing neighborhood pantry at Byck Elementary. In addition to organizing service opportunities for students, youth groups and sports teams, Andrew speaks at schools, tutors, and has partnered with The Forgotten Louisville to help serve the homeless community.
